Focus


  • Do not over stimulate your brain with information or don't let unimportant informations or emotions seduce you to grab your attention such as advertisement, Violent emotions of others.
  • Keep your body at a relaxed and steady state. / Keep your body at ease.
  • Practice attention like a muscle. By doing mindfulness, meditation, playing video games which require attention, playing sports which require attention etc.
  • Things grab your attention: 1) Emotion 2) Information
  • Practice delayed gratification.
  • Stay simple as much as possible.
  • Make it a habit by practicing it.

What is Right and Wrong?


Right and Wrong has no meaning in completely spiritual world, where everything is connected and one. 

But we do not experience everything as one, to experience everything as one we need to evolve our consciousness using different methods provided by yogis. Such as meditation.

Everything is following some rule, like physical matters behaves according to the laws of physics. There are some invisible intelligence which governs how the non physical things behaves and effects physical world, which are yet to be discovered by science.

But if one observe with some amount attention they would be able to realise it's existence.

Most people think there are no such thing other than physical matters which they can't see though their naked eyes, and do all sort of nonsense without realizing they have face the consequences with interest.

The root cause of all the problems is ignorance, or lack of knowledge.

 असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
 शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

Om Asato Maa Sad-Gamaya |

Meaning:
1: Om, (O Lord) Keep me not in (the Phenomenal World of) Unreality, but make me go towards the Reality (of Eternal Self),
2: Keep me not in (the Ignorant State of) Darkness, but make me go towards the Light (of Spiritual Knowledge),
3: Keep me not in (the World of) Mortality, but make me go towards the World of Immortality (of Self-Realization),
4: OmPeacePeacePeace.

Basically it says if one goes from falsehood to truth, he would go from ignorance to knowledge, one who goes from ignorance to knowledge would go from mortal to immortal and when one would gets to know everything, he would become immortal and he would achieve eternal peace.

Attitude towards life.


  • According to lord krishna, we only have control over what we do, the result you get depends upon all the works you have done in previous incarnations and in this life. So even if you get something by means of wrongdoing you need pay the price in this life at later stage or in future incarnations. So think about what are your responsibility as a living being and do what you need to do with full passion.
  • Happiness is a state of mind. We could be happy at our own will by bringing that state into our mind. No matter what smile and make your body smile consciously. Being happy all time itself would change your life.
  • The real joy of life is to do everything with passion.
  • Must have at least one hour for analysing yourself and your life, motivating and planning.
